Traditional Egyptian.
Two flaky, triangular phyllo pastries stuffed with vegetables or meat and vegetables

DOLMA
Traditional Egyptian.
Six grape leaves stuffed with rice and spices. Served with feta cheese and calamata olives.

FETA
Goat cheese.
Feta cheese served with pickles and calamata olives.

FALAFEL
Vegetarian appetizer.
Four vegetable balls, deep fried and served with tahini and pita bread.
